Product Descrption

The 2 pack of pill gun was designed for better administration of oral tablets or capsule to dogs or cats Instructions for use: Step1: We usually install the water feeding silica gel head on pet pill tablet syringe at first, then inject water into your pet’s mouth to wet its throat.(Nonstick tablets and easier to swallow tablets)Step2: We replace the water feeding silica gel head with the pill feeding silica gel head. Put the pill on the pill feeding silica gel head and clamp it.(Please note: Take the silicone head a little tighter and put its hole to the center, so that the pill gun can push the pill, and it does not deviate from it.)Step3: You need to open your pet’s mouth and keep it open. (Some pets are naughty. So you need an assistant to help you grab your pet and open its mouth.)Step4: This is the key step. You can successfully give your pet medicine or not, depends on this step. Take it easy, you need to take the pet pill tablet syringe insert into your pet’s mouth, put the pill reach the pharynx, then push the pill gun. The whole action needs to be fast and accurate. Not too hard to hurt pet’s throat, also not too light, could not reach the pharynx, leading to failure of feeding pill.【DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE】We describe the use of the product in the form of text and images, and hope that customers can easily use it.【QUALITY SERVICE】If you have any question about our products, contact us and we will reply you asap. I had just ordered this style for the first time (all my others were solid one piece). I used it a couple of times and loved it. The power was great and my cat didn’t even know until the third time…… This particular style has ends you put on based on what you are popping. I had the tip with slits for the capsule I was using. I checked it each time before I loaded it and even would shoot it to make sure it didn’t stick. This time it popped the pill and the end piece all at once down the cat. We ended up in the ER on a Saturday evening and spent 1300.00 to have it removed with a scope. DO NOT USE THIS IT IS DANGEROUS!!!!!!! Use only the solid one piece poppers.

The tip of the shooter on the right side of picture left deep inside of throat of my dog, and not able to took it out. I hope it will come out with poop.Follow up: It came out few days later in her poop. Make sure the tip is not loose every time before you are using this pill shooter.

Absolute hazard. Silicone tip popped off with my cats pills and she swallowed it. $1000 and one surgery later she’s finally on the mend. Total design flaw. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

first. I trimmed the “fingers” on the end that goes in the pets mouth as they were preventing the release of the pill even when plunger is depressed. 2nd, found that loading with soft dog food first, then pill, then more soft dog food gave the best chance at pill delivery to pet. Note: I found use of two types of soft dogfood worked best.. regular soft food followed by a chunky soft food(kind with gravy),then pill, then dog food in reverse order… the chunky keeps the pill from being pushed right through the other soft food… pls note my dog is extremely picky and smart she won’t just eat food laced with meds she will starve herself, she also learned with a small amount of soft food with pill in syringe she can separate pill from food and spit out the pill and eat the dogfood. I also had to put a muzzle on her so she could try to bite during med time with the syringe and muzzle there is very little stress for her and she can calmly get meds and i don’t get bit

I bought this after my cat swallowed the silicone tip of another pill dispenser. Fortunately it passed and he’s fine, but I will never use another multi-piece piller again. This one works well for medium sized pills (I put my cat’s meds into size 3 gel caps), and it can’t come apart while I use it.I haven’t used the liquid measure yet, but it seems like it will work well, and it’s handy to have around.

Our precious Miss Kitty started having seizures, so we have to medicate her twice per day. The liquid did not work at all, so we decided to try pills. After some frustration and getting scratched and bitten, we tried a “pill shooter”. The first one did not work well and I almost lost hope. I am so happy that I ordered this one! It works with the whole pill, half, or quarter!

I’d give this 4 or 5 stars but the fitting that you place the pill in is very small. I had to slice it to be able to fit my kitty’s worm pill in it and it almost came out. Once I got it in and placed it down her throat and it worked like a charm. Had a syringe with some water and squirted some in to aid. Be forewarned. This is best for small pills but you can make it work for larger worm pills if you are careful.

The design is such you can give both liquid and pills. It is easy to use with one hand making the task of giving your pet a pill much easier!

My cat eventually cut through the rubberized plastic. It still works, but I have to be careful. Don’t know where to get replacement tips.

After attempting to pill our cat, I had the battle wounds to prove it. So, we found this and ordered it. It makes things much easier… we just put the pill in the little split opening on the end, put it in our cat’s mouth, and push the handle. It makes it easier to get it more toward the back of his mouth.Great product!

Works great giving my picky dog her monthly heartworm med. I just put the pill on the back of her tongue and she can’t spit it out.

My cat has a new issue which requires daily medicine to save her life. She is a total jerk. It was easy to get her to take the medication at first before she knew what was happening but she caught on and began to claw and attempt to bite me. Now our routine consists of wrapping her in a blanket like a burrito and shooting medicine into her mouth with this handy tool that prevents her from chomping on me. She is still a jerk, but she is alive!

Not impressed. I needed this to help give pills to my dog recovering from surgery. The pill gun did not hold the pills they kept falling off the end – several different sizes (capsules etc.) I would not recommend this product.

The product helped dispense some medication my cat kept spitting out due to its bitter taste!

It worked for our crabby old (lovable) cat, though it doesn’t dispense small pills well. We had to freeze his pill in some food to make it a larger size then dispense it.

If you are trying to administer a large pill to a dog it might be ok but certainly not a good pill gun for cats.

My dog use to always spit her pills out. Not any more!

Before this product, giving the cat a pill meant getting scratched every time. I still have to hold down the cat, but now there is distance between my hand and the pill, which makes it less likely I will get scratched, and makes it a lot more likely the pill will actually get swallowed by the cat.

works well but is small and only holds one small pill

OK SHOPPERS shop wise…this item is identical to other sellers selling same item here on Amazon. Take a close look at the identical or close to identical photos of item and oh yeah it is the same. So you can buy at a reasonable price we ordered at 2 dollars or I saw it as high as over 12. I know amazing. As far as easy to use..that depends on your relationship with your pet and if your pet is cooperative at all. We have a Mainecoon that is not. Over 50 years ago we had a tiny siamese who was not too. In between many cats have walked thorugh our hearts and left with a piece and have been easy as heck to pill. BUT when you have one that challenges every fiber of your wellpower to hang in there and get that blankity blank pill down the kitty. This s the first time we turned to a piller. And it allows hubby to get the pill down. I was doing well with it mixed into his food until we went from one pill a day to every other day as presribed by vets and kitty quickly picked up on the change and would refuse to eat the pilled food. OH yeah he could smell it or combined with he’s not a dumb kitty realized it was every other night therefore his food was different every other night and he was no longer going to be fooled. This cat is no ones fool. We love him dearly. Waiting for vet to call back today on how to next approach this beautiful cat’s declining health. During this time it is very difficult to say the least. Some of the Vet centers around our state of MT are doing what is called curbside meetings where they come to your car and evaluate pet and you and they in their PPE remove pet to take inside clinic and you remain outside in car. Hey I’m just grateful as is most pet parents that our VETS are so willing to help. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. And so does the Wolf…that’s his name Wolfie. And he has heart…and attitude..but oh yeah heart. Stay safe and healthy people so you can be there for our pet kin.

this pill pusher has sharp edges , where the pill comes out in the dogs throat also where our fingers go on the plunger . it is sharp enough to scratch deeply. but it was only a couple of bucks so I will sand and smooth it with an emery board or some sandpaper . Because my dog is sick now and needs her pills now . and since you get what you pay for … just check the tip well before plunging it down poor dogs throat .

tried to give my cat some meds and he spit them out. Bought this, cut the pills in half, covered them in butter and got them down his throat with only a small struggle. If your animal needs medicine and they hate the taste of the pill this is your solution!

The piller is huge! A full centimeter inner diameter. Does not accommodate small pills or capsules. In fact the capsules I intended to use with it with just fall out when pointed downwards rendering it useless. The syringe is hard to draw-up and dispense liquids and the rubber seal on the plunger dislodges making it useless. Total garbage. The only use for these is being tossed in the recycle bin.

Product was too big for my 14 year old cat. The pill feeder was much larger than the quarter of a pill my cat needed. Also much larger than her mouth. We weren’t able to use the product. It looks like it would be fine for larger animals and pill/doses. Thanks!

I was hoping it would hold smaller pills. My cat was on very tiny pills. It didn’t hold them. Using a piller makes giving pills much easier.

If you are trying to administer a large pill to a dog it might be ok but certainly not a good pill gun for cats.

My dog use to always spit her pills out. Not any more!

I needed a new pill box because I lost the one that I had so I wanted to replace it with something unique, and after searching for a while I came across this one and almost had to get it just based on the picture alone. I have gotten a few different pill boxes from Amazon in the past and since they’re cheap the quality has been hit or miss so I wasn’t really expecting much when I got this one (as long as it at least functioned the way it should anyway), but I have to say when I received this one I was pleasantly surprised because this one is the most well made and highest quality out of all the ones I’ve gotten before. The glass on top is crystal clear so the picture underneath stands out and looks great, and to be honest I can’t tell whether it’s actually real glass or some other material but if it’s not real glass I’m ok with it because I can’t tell the difference anyway (it was something I thought about before I got it because I was worried it would be some cheap plastic.. but fortunately it doesn’t look or feel like it is so I’m happy). The finish on the case itself is extremely well done and the lid closes perfectly flush all the way around and the push button release holds it firmly in place and when the button is pressed the lid pops open almost as if it’s spring loaded even though it’s not, and it feels great in the hand thanks to the domed glass on top and the smooth rounded corners and there’s even a very nicely done cross hatch pattern grooved into the bottom for better grip. The plastic inside divider can be removed with a little bit of effort for a little more room if you need it, but if not it stays in place firmly without moving or rattling and if you do want to remove it just keep in mind that the metal finish inside of the case is nowhere near as nice as it is on the outside. The only thing I wish this case had was a lock for the release button so you wouldn’t have to worry about it being accidentally pressed and opening in your pocket, but at the same time I can say that it hasn’t happened to me yet after a week of carrying it around so it’s possible it won’t even be an issue. Anyway if you’re looking for a new pill box I highly recommend the ones from Utai because so far this is the highest quality one I’ve gotten so I’m really happy I found this one! Hope it helps. Thanks!

Pill box came in as described but pills will not stay divided when put in my purse. I’ve also noticed the paint starting to scratch after two weeks.

Even with the separator the pills shift from each side, mixing up the pills.

First off the pill popper did not work for the smaller vet pills and very difficult to handle, Needs two people one to hold the cat another to administer the pill. I have a monster 32 pound cat that is very strong.Secondly the syringe would not hold liquid at all. After numerous tries with the syringe leaking out the fluid and not able to draw up the product it hit the trash can. Waste of money and made of cheap plastic with a lack of quality control.

Perfect for giving medication to dogs who spit pills out. Be careful not to let pills fall out

The pill shooter works great. Even larger pills that cannot fit into the shoot can be placed and secured in the “claw” of the tip to be administered. Recommended.

Product Descrption

Using the step Step1: We usually install the water feeding silica gel head on pet pill tablet syringe at first, then inject water into your pet’s mouth to wet its throat.(Nonstick tablets and easier to swallow tablets) Step2: We replace the water feeding silica gel head with the pill feeding silica gel head. Put the pill on the pill feeding silica gel head and clamp it.(Please note: Take the silicone head a little tighter and put its hole to the center, so that the pill gun can push the pill, and it does not deviate from it.) Step3: You need to open your pet’s mouth and keep it open. (Some pets are naughty. So you need an assistant to help you grab your pet and open its mouth.) Step4: This is the key step. You can successfully give your pet medicine or not, depends on this step. Take it easy, you need to take the pet pill tablet syringe insert into your pet’s mouth, put the pill reach the pharynx, then push the pill gun. The whole action needs to be fast and accurate. Not too hard to hurt pet’s throat, also not too light, could not reach the pharynx, leading to failure of feeding pill. Product Information: Color: Blue Material: ABS+Silicone Package Include: 1 x Pet medicine feeder 1 x Water feeding silica gel head 1 x Pill feeding silica gel head Notice: Please always use caution when using nipples on syringes, prevent your pet does not swallow the nipples. Q: Will larger sized pills fit in it? A: should be cut a very small pill in half to get it to fit. Q: How do you get a capsule in the end of the syringe when it’s so narrow? A: There is a rubber tip that is slit on both sides to use for pills. Q: How easy is it to clean (and how do you clean it)? A: Rinse it in hot water, and I let it air dry.

If you are trying to administer a large pill to a dog it might be ok but certainly not a good pill gun for cats.

My dog use to always spit her pills out. Not any more!

This product is a godsend. my cat has ckd and has been started on meds and the lil jerk kept cheeking his pills! i would find them spit out under the bed or vomitted up in a lil mush. Not anymore. i tilt his head back, pry open his mouth and shoot the pill to the back of his throat. then i hold his mouth shut for a few seconds. i usually tilt his head back and open his mouth again to make sure he swallowed it. if not this usually makes him swallow whats left. takes me seconds to do now!!

Pet Pill Dispenser / B07FCGRDQNYou want to be really careful with this pill dispenser. The pill goes in the FRONT of the dispenser, and the little internal rod pushes it forward. If you put the pill in the BACK of the dispenser, the rod can push the plastic tip off the pill-gun and down your pet’s throat. Then you have to take your kitten to the pet emergency room at night and pay $300 to have him vomit up the thick plastic tip. Yeah, so that happened. Be really careful how you load this! But as long as you do it right, it’s a good tool and I’m grateful to have it.~ Ana Mardoll

We have a cat who turns into the tasmanian devil when it is pill time. Should of bought this long time ago. So easy to pill her now. She has no time to panic and rip us apart.

Pill box came in as described but pills will not stay divided when put in my purse. I’ve also noticed the paint starting to scratch after two weeks.

Even with the separator the pills shift from each side, mixing up the pills.
