Neither of my cats was at all interested in these toys. They completely ignored the toys that claimed to be “filled with catnip”.I cut open one of the toys to see how much it contained. There was a tiny pinch of the stuff tucked into the stuffing, and it contained no scent. I put the pinch out by itself and the cats still ignored it. It’s obviously very old.

Every couple weeks I round them up and put in a zip lock bag of catnip. I order the frontier organic big bag it lasts a long time. When I put them back out the cats are thrilled. I have 4 cats one can chew toys like no tomorrow.these are sturdy enough . FYI I rotate all my stuffed toys this way. And of course some get put in water bowls overnight ha ha. I let them dry and they are good..

Two seconds out of the box and my three cats each have one. Two minutes out and aside from ‘Noke here in the pictures, the other two are play fighting for each other’s toys. Sure, I could open them all up, but they need to exercise. These are smaller than I thought but the cats act like it’s Christmas morning. They are happy and thrilled. I will update if these products explode or implode or try to strike a regime change.

Well, our black cat Jack (BlackJack) didn’t wait for me to open it when it came in the mail. He jumped up on a high table where the package was placed, knocked it off, and proceeded to rip the shipping package it came in, into shreds. It was at that point I suspected it was his catnip toy, and indeed it was. The only problem is that within 10 minutes, he had also torn the banana to shreds. 10 MINUTES! Now I don’t want to rate this product badly because Jack is no ordinary 3 year old cat. He had to fight his way through his first 3 months of life in a rescue before he was adopted, being bullied by the bigger cats in the same cage. That experience left him being a fighter and he loves to fight, bite, scratch and hiss so we play very hard together. He also has some amazingly over sized canines which is what did the job on this toy (he was unfortunately declawed at 1 year after almost killing us). That said, it is an ideal toy for cat owners who have “normal” cats. As cheap as it is, it’s worth a try for any cat owner because he LOVED this toy – – – for 10 minutes – – – until I had to take it away because he ripped the seam and all the catnip started pouring out. Again, cats love it so it’s a good product for normal cats so don’t rethink purchasing it if you have a normal cat. If it lasts, it just might be one of your cat’s favorite toys. Damage and cat can be seen in photos.

The Yeowww! Catnip Banana is the closest thing you can get to a “sure thing” in a cat toy. I have probably bought 3 bunches of these so far for my cats, shelter/foster donations, and gifts. Most cats that are 6-9 months and older react to catnip; can see the color yellow; and enjoy the “bearhug” (simultaneaously kicking and biting). All three of mine are banana fans to different extents. One likes to sit and lick it. Eww. Another won’t look for it, but if she stumbles upon it will look around furtively and then sit on it…for hours…eventually dragging it to her “secret” hidey hole for a good hour of cheeking. Kitty number three finds the banana to be an aggressor that needs to be pursued, taken down, and detained. Did you know bananas can fly? Cats, too. That catnip is funny stuff if you inhale. Which I do not, obviously. Some cats simply don’t react to catnip at a particular lifestage or at all. They may still have fun kicking the banana around. Or they may look at you like you have three heads.Yeowww also sells other versions of this toy. Over time I have seen a fish, a lemon, a cigar, and some tiny fish. Skip them all in favor of the banana. The combination of the shape and the color just works…and you will want to replace it (ewww) long before the cats are ready.A note on imitations: don’t bother. I have, in times of need, purchased Yeowww banana knockoffs from my local pet store. Half the price–what could go wrong? The catnip scent wasn’t that strong to begin with, and the poser bananas will fail to attract cats within a week. Although I’m all about half-price, it’s just not worth it here. Get the good stuff.I do not work for Yeowww! but my living room often smells like I do. =-)

This arrived today. The cat was on me before I could get it out of the sealed plastic.I tossed it on the floor, and Basil, the nip-head, was all over it. While I didn’t smell anything, one of the other cats got a contact high! Right now, the one cat who has never been interested in intoxicants of any kind, has taken possession of the ‘nanner, and is refusing to relinquish it.

What is this sorcery in the shape of a carrot?I needed the classic 3 dollars item to get free prime shipping and decided for a toy for my cat. I have THREE cats but 2 of them are mummies. 8 years old black cats which show ZERO interest in anything that moves unless is a mouse or a bird. My maine coon is much more satisfying, at least he appreciates my attempts of being a good mom cat. Anyhow. Got my carrot and with not much hopes threw it on the floor. MAGIC exploded immediately. Orange cat went NUTS on kicks, licks, snouts, breaths, drools and more kicks. For THREE HOURS. The other black boy pather came back in from his hunting outside and found the carrot. AGAIN huff puff, roll and kick.Ok this is good stuff. I came back and bought 2 more dark magic imbued carrots. They arrived today. And for kicks i gave one to the ice queen. A scrawny tiny 6 lbs black female witch cat. Cold as stone. No feather, no tail, not wand, no catnip mice EVER caught her attention in our 8 years together. Well tonight i hear huffin and puffin and scratching, i turn my chair and.. i have to double check. The ice queen is going nuts with the carrot. Yep. THis is certainly dark magic.

My oldest cat Comet, is 19 1/2, and doesn’t care much for playing any more, but he used to love the bananas. My 16 year old cat, Binky, has always loved catnip bananas. My youngest, Bunny, is 8, full of attitude, and favors picking on the boys for amusement or chasing lasers. I bought Binky this nice fresh banana, and he loved it. Until Bunny stole it, within 2 hours. I immediately ordered him another one, just for him, and now everyone is happy. It even came the next day, so he didn’t have to watch her lord over his banana for very long. He’s twice as big as her, but he’s terrified of her. They hold up really well, I’ve never had one burst open, but they do get a bit soggy, limp, and greenish from getting licked a lot after awhile, however if I try to throw any out, I get the stink eye.

The RED PEPPER: This was a hit at home. Well made and they enjoy kicking it while holding with their front paws. Seems to make their day, so I’d say this was a win.The CARROT: I had to replace the old one they used to make because it just got too gross. Eventually, one of the cats decided this was a kitten, and started taking it to the water bowl, to the food bowl (wet food, gross!), and then, oh god, the litter box. I had to slip it out of his grip while he slept to throw it out. So, not wanting to have my face eaten during the night, I had to replace it. But they’ve changed the quality of the toy since the first one I bought. The seams are not quite as good and I doubt it will hold up as long as the other one did — it was in great shape other than being caked in canned food remnants and used litter. I also had to cut the green feathers off; they got EVERYWHERE and are a major hazard for cats. Ingesting that risks everything from choking to creating a bowel obstruction. I don’t know what these people are thinking with these feathers. Even if I didn’t think it was a hazard, I didn’t particularly relish the idea of cleaning up green feathers all over the house. This one was a bust for me, even if it was well received by the cats, once I “fixed” their manufacturing issues.

So I just got this today, but based on how my cats are enjoying it, I figured it was worth writing a review. I also included a short video of them playing with it. They had already been playing with it for about 10 minutes when I took the video, and still going at it.The unit is pretty sturdy and it also includes a ball with small holes it in. As the feather spins, it pushes air through the ball and makes it turn a little. It’s a nice added bonus to the toy. I was also happy that it came with 3 AA batteries, even though it said batteries weren’t included on the box. When you get the unit, it can be a bit tricky to find the power button. It’s on one of the sides towards the bottom and it’s the same color as the unit, so it blends in.This was worth getting. I have had several variations of these interactive feather toys and this seems sturdier than the others. For now I’m giving it 5 stars and assuming it holds up, I’ll keep it that way. Good product.

Having some seafood, this is the only way to avoid my cats to jump on the dinner table! This is so great a cat toy.

I have been using this for one week and it is well made, extremely quiet, and has varied movement. The holes are big enough to prevent paws getting stuck. One of my kittens can get their paws deep inside, but they cannot rip the feather off. Just enough of the feather sticks out to keep them interested. The on/off button is flat/embossed on the side near the bottom and barely visible – a good thing because my cats cannot accidentally turn it off on on. I appreciated the thoughtful prior reviews on this product.

Dangerous toy, that kittens can and do chew to pieces. This should not be sold as a kitty chew wheel until production standards are brought up to the level where the product maintains integrity and stays in tact. Amazon—read reviews and see pictures and stop selling products like this.

The ends of these things are glued and DANGEROUSLY SHARP if swallowed or if the animal cuts their gums while chewing on them! (Or if their human happens to step on one in the middle of the night!) I do NOT recommend these.

This is my kitten Juniper’s FAVORITE toy! She randomly started to play fetch and this is the only toy she plays fetch with. She’s always carrying it around in her mouth. She’s randomly woken me up by dropping this toy on my face because she wants to play fetch, haha. I’ll definitely buy another one once the one I have gets worn out.

I’m never sure if a new cat toy will be received as well as I hope, but this one sure delivered! My three cats have been playing with it almost non-stop, except for when I have to take it away to charge it. One of them pretty much “hogs” it and the other two can’t get near it, though they try. It took them a few minutes to realize that they had to touch it to get it to move when it stopped flopping, but once they understood it, they were off to the races. I can’t speak to the durability of it, but since the cover can be removed for cleaning, I’m thinking it should last a long time – fingers crossed.

My cat LOVED this for about 20 seconds. Then my pitbull came pounding in. My cat watched in horror as he grabbed the fish in his mouth, shook his head trying to kill it. I tried to tell him the command drop it but I just couldn’t as I was laughing so hard and tears were streaming down my cheeks. My cat is completely disappointed in me for letting this monster take his lovely toy. After the fiasco the fish still works but one of his head snaps seems to have dislocated the tail. My cat has lost all interest in it. My son’s cat still likes it, but then again she is a catnip addict so anything with catnip is just a 10 to her. I will be buying another. I guess my Lord Logan can play with it when the crazy dog is in his crate. Meanwhile please send thoughts and prayers that Lord Logan does not eat me in my sleep.

I have been looking at this toy for about a year, but avoided it due to cost ($13 is a lot for a cat toy!). It recharges (no batteries!!), has an on/off switch, the movement is in cycles that alter the speed and cadence of the tail flapping to keep interest. Movement is triggered by picking it up, which happens when the cat is already hard at play so it just ups the intensity of play. My cats were interested immediately and multiple of them were playing with them at once!! No regrets!!!

No regrets!!!

i got this for my mischievous kitten as he gets into everything at this stage in life plus hes teething.he really goes at it it with these fish! he plays and plays and attacks it with teeth, he Loves it. Plays so much that the battery runs out and needs to be recharged… thankfully there are 2! so when one is charging he plays with the other one! he prefers the orange fish even more. dont know why, color, smell, just preference? also, tried it on big adult 15 year old cat- he was insulted by it LOL. but definitely recommend it for young cats and kittens! they are quite disturbing looking bc SO realistic..and red one looks like, the koi in my pond so its a little freaky seeing it flopping on the floor inside the house.. ha

I have a lovely, sweet. HUGE 5 month old kitten who is a monster. He hunts everything. The other cats, my stuffed animal collection, just everything. He’s sweet but a handful. He played with this thing until he passed out. It kept him busy and he comes back to it. I cannot speak to longevity or durability yet but will update if something happens. Oh, they came partially charged!

We purchased this Flippity Fish with the unrealistic hope that it might make our obese cat more active as illustrated in the Flippity Fish television ad. With few wasted Calories, our cat subdued the active Flippity Fish with his huge mass. While our cat didn’t lose any weight, the Flippity Fish has been good for a few laughs!

I wrapped these up and put them under my tree for my cat, Dracula. The same day, I heard a noise, and he was under the tree, unwrapping his mice with his teeth haha. He ended up getting them out, and ripping them out of the package haha. He loves them!

My two kitties chase these, throw them in the air, and generally have a ball, losing many under furniture and in closets. Pacino does her cat version of fetch by meowing like crazy while bringing one of them to me and waiting for me to throw it, which I do. She always runs to it, sometimes just to sniff, leaving it, but she always runs back to me, with or without the mouse. I give her lots of love, telling her what a good girl she is, thus ends fetch till the next time. Cherokee and Pacino are ten year old brother and sister. It’s so nice to see them running and jumping, having fun at their age.

My cat loves them. He prefers these mouse toys a lot more than other brands I’ve tried. I think it’s because these are more the size of real mice, and they’re plushy. He can easily carry them around in his mouth. The only caveat is that as any cat owner knows, what one cat loves, another cat may refuse to even look at. I like them because they’re well made. They hold up to a lot of abuse. Every once in a while, I see a little pink felt ear on the floor, but otherwise, none have torn, nor have the tails and eyes come off nor has my cat been able to bite them off.

No regrets!!!

i got this for my mischievous kitten as he gets into everything at this stage in life plus hes teething.he really goes at it it with these fish! he plays and plays and attacks it with teeth, he Loves it.

UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturer (not the seller), and they are sending me a replacement. Will update my review if the quality of the replacement is any better.UPDATE #2: He destroyed the replacement just as quickly as the first one :(I just got this about 10 minutes ago. My cat immediately went berserk. I started taking a video because, duh, he’s being cute. Within 2 minutes, he had ripped it open and the catnip spilled out onto the carpet. I’m uploading the video so you can see that I’m not exaggerating how quickly this happened. (I put my phone down when I realized he ripped it. You can hear it rip if you have the volume on). This was such a complete disappointment. I’d give the catnip 5 stars, because it’s clearly THE GOOD STUFF™, but the toy itself gets zero stars. Why on earth would you make a toy filled with such potent catnip out of such flimsy material???It defeats the entire purpose of the toy.I didn’t expect it to last for years or anything, but 2 minutes?? Come on.The only plus side is that at least I can still do something with the catnip, but if I wanted to sew my own cat toys, I would have bought the materials to do that instead of buying this.

We picked up a YEOWWW banana a few years back on vacation. The little boutique pet store said it was the best cat toy ever. Over the years, Lord Meowington (pictured) has gone back to the banana time and again as his favorite. But now, even better than the banana, we have the RAINBOW!!! It’s perfect for bunny kicks, throwing around and overall celebrating #gaypridecat in our home 🙂 YEOWWW toys are the only cat toys you’ll find in our home. Thanks for making a great product all our critters love!

I almost docked a star for the sad fact that this rainbow will no longer look so bright nor proud after a week of condensed cat drool… But I guess the bright colors are more appealing to us humans than the intended audience. As with a lot of Yeoww! products, this stuff is SUPER strong. Ours came well packaged in a plastic bag that, when opened (once out of the box… thank goodness the packaging was somewhat airtight, because otherwise I could see our cats just helping themselves ripping open the box), unleashed a most potent waft of nip. The cats came running, and wouldn’t put this toy down for hours. The lady cat is fond of grooming it until it’s sopping and disgusting, while simultaneously attempting to disembowel a rainbow with her back paws. The boy cat (a dim Maine coon) enjoys tossing it in the air, and acting shocked when has to attack the airborne threat. If your cats are the playful sort, or at all inclined to catnip, this is definitely worth the purchase. And it looks great…. at least before your cats get a hold of it.

Customer Reviews

For someone who isn’t a fan of purchasing things online, since I can’t physically see and feel the quality of items, I decided to wing it with this purchase. And let me tell you, I am very very VERY happy with these cat toys. The quality, the variety, and the price for the whole set is such a great deal. I have two cats Jinx and Jasper. Jasper loves his toys. When I poured these toys on the floor his head began to spin with excitement of which toy to try out first. He loves napping in the tunnel and flinging around the fish. He also loves to hit everything deep underneath the bed and cry until I sweep them out for him to just do it all over again (lol). Jinx I was worried about regarding this purchase. He has never been a cat that loves to play with toys. I would spend loads at the pet store and nothing. Well to my surprise and utter joy Jinx was actually playing with all the different types of balls. I’ve never seen him so happy chasing them from one side of room to the other. His favorite is the red ball that looks to be made of a thick rope tightly bound. I’ll end my seemingly long review by saying this- This product is a great purchase for all cat owners. You definitely get your monies worth. And you will have happy kitties too. Thank you for helping me bring not only more joy and happiness to Jasper’s playtime, but for also bringing it to Jinx.

This is a definite must-have toy set for new cat or kitten, you can try different play styles to find out your cat’s favorite one. My cats are more into the interactive kind of toys. For kittens, I believe all the toys in this pack should be fun enough, but for my adult cats, they are more interested in toys that I can play with them.

This was a good find and a great value. I waited to review this until my cat had some play experience with several of the toys. It’s been about two weeks. Tyrion’s favorites so far are the crinkle balls, feather wand, and the tunnel. The tunnel! I had no idea cats would enjoy tunnels, but he darts through it, hides and sleeps in it, and pounces on it throughout the day. Our boy is a four month old Bengal and weighs about six pounds. He is very active and very hard on his toys. These have taken a daily beating and are holding up better than expected.I am pleased with this purchase and look forward to purchasing from Ailuki again.

No regrets!!!

i got this for my mischievous kitten as he gets into everything at this stage in life plus hes teething.he really goes at it it with these fish! he plays and plays and attacks it with teeth, he Loves it.

I got this figuring if the cat didn’t like it then the pigs or dogs would and I was right! Actually the cat liked it for about 30 seconds and then decided she’s too old for these silly games. This was a huge hit in our house for our indoor pigs and our large dogs. I wouldn’t let them have it unsupervised as pigs and dogs could easily rip it open but definitely worth it when you can supervise them! If my cat was younger she would probably liked it more but at 12 years old she doesn’t play much. Highly recommend!!

I never thought my cat could love a toy as much as this! Typically my cat goes up sniffs a toy and walks away. Not this one!!! She absolutely adores the shark. She really can’t get enough of the thing, she even cleans it at night. Thank you for making such a wonderful toy for my cats!! 10/10 A+ Highly recommended!!

I love this pickle. It is very cute. My cats don’t. They’re either scared or annoyed by it. They want to snuggle with it but then it starts jumping around and they don’t like it. I have two 10 year old cats and two kittens. They all avoid it.It works as intended, my cats just don’t approve.

No regrets!!!

i got this for my mischievous kitten as he gets into everything at this stage in life plus hes teething.he really goes at it it with these fish! he plays and plays and attacks it with teeth, he Loves it.

My cats are spoiled brats, but they were lacking heavily in the toy department. Decided to pick these up as a fun option and they were honestly one of the greatest decisions. They vary in sizes with some really fat fish and some skinny fish.My small one year old cat has some trouble picking up the big ones, but they are good to throw around. He’s started stashing them away from his sister in his favorite spot in the house. The two small squeaky mice that were additional are also a lot of fun, and my female cat seems to prefer them. All in all, a great purchase. Comes with a small bag of catnip, as the fish has a small zipper you can open and insert the catnip. They’ve been a hit with my two cat children.

great toys. huge with nice zipper pouches for catnip. i woud have rated better if it came with better/more cat nip instead of the plastic mice. the plastic mice are not cat safe as they have small parts such as the eyes, tail and whiskers that come off. overall though great toys my cats liked the smaller sardine one and one liked the big one. these toys are pretty large,

Once the package came, I opened it with two of my four cats all over the inside packet with the fish in it. After getting the fishes out, I had all four cats watching. They were rolling on them and hugging them. I laughed my head off. The fish toys are such a good size for adult cats, plus they are slightly fuzzy. Each has a tiny zipper in their belly for catnip, which comes with the fishes. Now the fish are scattered all over the house. For some reason the golden orange fish was everybody’s favorite but I thought cats are color blind?
